Coupon code: (i) is issued for promotional purposes, (ii) is not equivalent to cash, and may not be exchanged for cash, check or credit, and (iii) cannot be combined with other Airbnb referral programs or incentives. You may not purchase or sell Coupon codes and Airbnb does not sell Coupon codes.

Except where prohibited by law, Airbnb reserves the right to refuse, void, cancel, reject or hold for review any Coupon code mistakenly applied or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions, fraudulent claims, compensation abuse or in connection with any violation of these terms or Airbnb’s Terms of Service or Payment Terms of Service. Airbnb also reserves the right to any remedy, including disqualifying you from participation in the offer, if it suspects or determines that you have committed fraud or otherwise violated these terms or Airbnb’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service.

Airbnb has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any Coupon code. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining the applicable taxes related to the use of the Coupon code.

Void where prohibited. If your reservation later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid. Airbnb reserves the right to end this offer at any time.
