You will find a modern contemporary large apartment (2,220 sq ft / 206 sq m) in a well located building ideal for a business or family trip (NO PARTIES ALLOWED). You will find everything you need during your visit.

It's location is quite amazing, easily connected to important avenues. You will also find a huge variety of restaurants and malls within a 5 to 10 minutes ride by car, there is always an Uber close by due to the heavy movement around the area.

### The space

Every bedroom is sizable, especially the main bedroom. You'll find natural light in almost every room which is quite pleasant. Very comfy furniture to read, watch TV or just sip your morning coffee.

Please do not host any kind of party, this is a NO PARTY apartment and building.

### Guest access

The building has two common areas on the ground floor:

1. An outdoor barbecue area to invite friends that includes two tables with five chairs each with a sink to wash dishes and a guest restroom. Please notify us in advance to check availability with neighbors.

2. Descending a few steps from the barbecue area you'll find the yard with trees and plants where your kids can safely play while you sit by the garden table or watch down from the barbecue area.

Parking space for one car and a second space available upon request.
