This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Located only **800m**, or less than **15min walk** to the beach.  
The house consists of 2 identical apartments. Each has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen.

Sparkling pool **8mx4mx1.9m**. (Note: pool is in service early JUNE through late SEPTEMBER.)  
We strive to provide the best experience possible to our guests.  
The space is located in a quiet area with limited views at the sea, only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach.  
Good food and affordable restaurants in the neighborhood.

#### LIVING AREA
Property has two living areas on both levels, spacious with sofas, coffee tables, cabinets, dining tables with seating, Satellite TV, and AC.

#### KITCHEN
Includes ovens, hobs, dishwashers, kettles, toasters, fridges and all other cooking utensils and cutlery.

#### BEDROOMS
Four separate bedrooms, with two bedrooms on each level. One double bedroom, others with twin single beds. Additional sleeping space for two extra persons on pull-out sofa beds in living areas.

#### BATHROOM
Two separate bathrooms with shower cubicles, washbasins, mirrors, and WC.

#### UTILITIES
Equipped with: dishwasher, private swimming pool, garden furniture, built-in outdoor barbecue, sun loungers, hairdryer, and Internet WiFi modem.

#### GARDEN
Terraces on each floor with limited sea views and shady areas for eating alfresco meals. Private swimming pool actively maintained, a great place for relaxation.

#### PARKING
Guests can park on a local road near the villa.

#### ACCESS
The property is spread over two levels with stairs leading up, may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

#### CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE
Weekly cleaning with fresh bath towels and bed linen. Swimming pool also maintained weekly.
